Someone transferred 100.00 to my LR account and instead of LR putting the money in my account, you mistakenly took 100.00 out of my account.

Seems DDOS protection has also negatives. I cannot access to liberty API site from my server IP: 67.228.80.202 please help me! Unblock this adress. I'm excahnge service: www.auto.wmirk.ru (we are currently moving to another server: 67.228.80.202) we can't complete moving because we cannot automate exchanges with you!
