Ongoing DDOS

As one of popular e-currency, I think you need to spend more money to protect your site from any attack. Please show your class...
Please be patient. It is very difficult to avoid DDOS at all and solution is very costly. Liberty reserve is the best e-currency at the moment and it is simple unpossible for such a young company to solve everything within 1 day. Give them time and relax. GoldExchange.eu

LR just started back in 2005.With all these DDoS attack it's clearly that someone wants to bring LR down(without DDoS attack,LR is the best PP in the world!!)
I really feeling safe using LR because of their triple account protection(3 type of passphrase).
I also really hope that LR will handle these DDoS attack sooner.You have my full support!!!

This becomes annoying! Is over 24 HOURS of DOWN TIME! When LR is back online? Nobody from staff can answer... Where is staff? This is the worst support I've ever seen from a "payment processor".

Down again and no updates from support staff.
As frustrating as this may be for all of us, it is more so for LR, a first class company. DDOS attacks are initiated and run by Robot's. These have become more and more sophisticated in their methods such that while one is being fought off they can enter another way! We need to give LR our patience and support as they are doing everything in their power to restore our ability to do business with them.

If you read older post on this blog,LR already told us that those hackers got paid $7000 from company called 'v-money' to DDoS LR.That amount of money means they're very serious to bring LR down.
To others who don't know but got angry too fast,DDoS is a very powerful attack.It's hard to prevent DDoS even if you have most powerful DDoS protection.
Don't worry LR, most of us will support you no matter what.You can be most reliable PP without all these DDoS attack.I really sure you can survive.

Best companies are inform customer about everything. They are also have DDoS attacks, but they work.
After that, this company can be hanged by users.
Because this customer support is nothing. Silence is not a good way to make deals, even support mail is not working. Incredible.
I even can think that DDoS is supported by Libertyreserve himself, to make something inside system.

There are those of you who sound like you are very much in touch with Internet problems and DDOS attacks. LR is not going to leave us out in the cold. If they were, they would have done it long ago. Some attacks are more critical than others. This one is obviously one of a very sophisticated Robot and it can take quite awhile to overcome it. It may even require a new site to be built but rest assured LR will not take our money and run.
LR should take serious action about this frequent Ddos immediately. I'm still waiting unable to complete a transaction.

There are at least 2 Programs out there who are facing the same Ddos attacks than LR and they can handle it. They just have to do what they should have done after the first Ddos attack. Choose the highest Protection level.
I also love LR but their support is not as good as it should be either. One of my accts is blocked and I have sent the first support ticket almost 4 days ago. I`m still waiting for a reply and nothing happened. No answer at all on both tickets I have sent.
I can understand that they are busy now trying to fix the problems but the support department still can answer or send a mass e-mail out to their members. I call that unprofessional!!!

Ok Michelle, there is enough unrest that it is time to hear from you on just where things stand. Most of us want to support LR and believe in the credability of your service. Continued silence will only fester more unrest. I know what you are going through but many do not.

Thank you Michelle for the update. Instead of us being arm chair quarter backs lets show LR that we believe in them or else get out! It's easy to stand on the sidelines and second guess the quartebacks decisions. It's different when we are the one trying to move the team!!
In answer to the question of what a DDOS is, it is precisely this:
distributed denial-of-service
In other words, is an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users.
Some are vicious and LR has encountered one!
I think you guys should all calm down. LR is I think one of the most secure services on the web, even better and more secure, than most of the "Big Brand" Banks.
So no one will loose money because of the attack. I talked to a Hyip Investment company today, they will send the money as soon as LR is on track again.

This DDOS attack against Liberty Reserve shows how important and worldwide is LR as Digital currency. As they say: What doesn’t kill you, will make you stronger. Once back online we will see a solid and very fast system. Our support for all LR staff!!!
